This notice on the processing of Personal Data is provided by WHITE EXCHANGE S.R.L. (WHTEXCH), tax code and VAT no. 12380700968, with registered office in Via Brera 16, 20121 Milano, Italy (the "Controller" or the "Company"), to users of this website (the "Site") who wish to be contacted by the Company and who qualify as "data subjects", that is, the persons to whom the Data processed by the Controller refer.

Purpose and legal basis of processing
Through the contact form on the Site and through specific requests received by email, the Controller collects the Personal Data described below, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject).
The Data (such as first and last name, organisation, type of organisation, email address and any other data entered in the message field), provided voluntarily by the user, will be used to contact the user as requested. Data subjects may exercise the rights described below at any time by writing to dpo@whtexch.com.
Recipients of Personal Data
Personal Data may be accessed by the following categories of recipients: external professionals of the Company; State and independent authorities, in the event of an inspection; contractors operating on the Site; other companies of the WHTEXCH Group of which the Controller is part (together, the "Recipients").
Recipients may be located inside or outside the European Economic Area, with a resulting cross-border transfer of Personal Data. In the latter case, the Controller will transfer the Data in compliance with the GDPR provisions governing such transfers, adopting all the required safeguards.
Retention of Personal Data
Personal Data will be kept for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above, unless applicable law requires a longer retention period. The criteria for determining the retention period are those set by the law applicable to each type of Personal Data processed.
Nature of the provision of Data
Providing Data is optional; however, a refusal to provide them will make it impossible for the Controller to contact the user.

In addition to the rights listed above, data subjects may also exercise the right to object (Article 21 GDPR), which allows them to object, in whole or in part, on legitimate grounds, to the processing.
All the rights listed above are subject by law to certain limitations, which the Controller may invoke against the data subject when the rights are exercised.

Questa informativa relativa al trattamento dei Dati Personali viene rilasciata da WHITE EXCHANGE S.R.L. (WHTEXCH), CF e P.IVA 12380700968, con sede in Via Brera 16, 20121 Milano, Italia (di seguito il "Titolare del Trattamento" o "Società"), che informa con il presente documento gli utenti del sito internet interessati ad essere contattati dalla Società (il "Sito") e che si qualificano come "interessati", ossia i soggetti a cui i Dati trattati dal Titolare si riferiscono.
Responsabile della protezione dei dati
La Società ha nominato un Responsabile della protezione dei dati personali a cui è possibile rivolgersi per qualsiasi domanda, dubbio o richiesta di esercizio dei diritti indicati in questa informativa: Dott.ssa Francesca Valenti, dpo@whtexch.com, Via Brera 16, Milano, Italia.
Finalità e base giuridica del trattamento
Il Titolare del trattamento, attraverso il contact form del Sito e attraverso specifiche richieste ricevute via email, raccoglie i seguenti Dati Personali (definiti "Dati Personali" o solo "Dati") ai sensi dell’art. 6.1.b del GDPR (misure precontrattuali su richiesta dell’interessato).
I dati (quali nome e cognome, organizzazione, tipo di organizzazione, indirizzo email ed eventuali altri dati inseriti nel campo di messaggio), inviati volontariamente e per scelta dell’utente, verranno utilizzati per essere contattati come da richiesta dell’utente. L’interessato può in qualsiasi momento esercitare i diritti indicati di seguito scrivendo a dpo@whtexch.com.
Destinatari dei Dati Personali
I Dati Personali saranno visualizzati dalle seguenti categorie di soggetti: professionisti esterni della Società; Autorità dello Stato e autorità indipendenti, in caso di ispezione; appaltatori che operano sul Sito; altre società del Gruppo WHTEXCH di cui il Titolare fa parte (complessivamente "Destinatari").
Tra i Destinatari sopra indicati potrebbero trovarsi soggetti sia all’interno sia all’esterno dello Spazio Economico Europeo, con conseguente trasferimento transfrontaliero di Dati Personali. In quest’ultimo caso, il Titolare trasferirà i Dati in ottemperanza alle disposizioni del GDPR che regolano questi trasferimenti, adottando tutte le tutele imposte.
Conservazione dei Dati Personali
I Dati Personali verranno conservati per tutto il tempo necessario allo svolgimento delle finalità, salvo che la normativa applicabile imponga un periodo di conservazione più lungo. I criteri di identificazione dei tempi di durata sono quelli previsti dalla normativa applicabile alla tipologia di Dato Personale trattato.
Natura del conferimento
Il conferimento dei dati è facoltativo; tuttavia l’eventuale rifiuto a rispondere comporta l’impossibilità per il Titolare del trattamento di contattare l’utente.

In aggiunta ai diritti indicati nella tabella, gli interessati possono esercitare anche il diritto di opposizione (art. 21 GDPR), che permette di opporsi, in tutto od in parte, per motivi legittimi, al trattamento.
Tutti i diritti sopra elencati sono soggetti per legge a determinate limitazioni che il Titolare potrà opporre all’interessato in caso di esercizio dei diritti.
