Simone Russo, Founder of WHTEXCH Group, Director & Chief Executive Officer of White Exchange SPA

Mr. Russo is an entrepreneur and former investment banker with broad experience in products creation and structuring.  He honed his skills through pivotal roles at two financial powerhouses, firstly at JP Morgan and then at Goldman Sachs, where he served as Managing Director with responsibility on the Italian and Greek Structured Sales team. At Goldman Sachs, he was also responsible for launching a product aiming to replicate the performance of hedge funds indexes via liquid market instruments (GS ART, Goldman Sachs Absolute Return Tracker), which soon became one of the bank’s most successful and visible products.

In 2013, he co-founded Amagis Capital Capital Group, an undertaking of companies focused on financial and advisory services, where he is currently acting as Group CEO. Amagis Capital became a fintech player and an official Google Cloud Partner for cybersecurity and cloud products via AmagisTech.

Guido Miani, Founder of WHTEXCH Group

Mr. Miani is an entrepreneur and former investment banker who served as a fixed income trader on the Pan European Treasury Market and Swaps and at UBS Wealth Management and Private Banking as Head of Market Development and Client Acquisition, overseeing activities spanning Monaco and Switzerland.

Mr Miani founded Albemarle Asset Management, a group focusing on UCITS and non-UCITS products targeting both Private and Institutional clients, and co-founded Amagis Capital Capital group, undertakings of companies specialised in financial and advisory services, where he currently acts as a member of the management board. Amagis Capital became a fintech player and an official Google Cloud Partner for cybersecurity and cloud products via AmagisTech.  

Diego Parascandolo, Director of White Exchange Spa 

Mr. Diego Parascandolo is an experienced leader with a successful history of working at major players in the financial services industry, with significant expertise across global markets, asset classes and client types. 

Mr. Parascandolo is the founder and CEO of Akeo Capital Management, boutique investment management firm focussed on digital assets. He worked for Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs, where managed large teams of structuring specialists and multi-jurisdiction sales professionals mandated with the design, structuring and marketing of bespoke investment, hedging and funding strategies.

Giovanni Barbara, Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors 

Prof. Avv. Giovanni Barbara is a Senior Partner at Lexacta Global Legal Advice with extensive experience in corporate governance, corporate law, arbitration, and international tax planning. He currently holds offices as Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors and as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of several important national companies. Former member of the Board of Auditors of IOR (Institute for Religious Works) and of American Express. Among other important roles, he is currently Visiting Professor of Commercial Law at LUM University, Scientific Director of the Corporate Governance Scientific Review published by G. Giappichelli – Turin.

Marco Pardi, Statutory Auditor

Mr. Pardi is Founding Partner of Lexacta Global Legal Advice, chartered accountant and accounting expert with an extensive knowledge of international taxation, transfer pricing, corporate finance, corporate and asset evaluation. He has carried out various appraisals of companies, for applying revaluation laws and as a single party consultant in proceedings before the Court of Rome and as a collaborator of the C.T.U. appointed by the aforementioned Court. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors of Banca Nazionale del Lavoro S.p.A. and holds several offices as member of the Board of Statutory Auditors.

Luigi Ricciardi, Statutory Auditor

Mr. Ricciardi is a partner at Lexacta Global Legal Advice with extensive experience in Corporate Law, M&A, Capital Markets, and Debt Restructuring gained through national and international projects of venture capital as well as initial public offerings and public acquisition offerings. He currently holds offices as Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors of an important insurance company and a real estate investment company, in addition to being a member of several Board of Statutory Auditors. He is a professor at “Master Diritto e Impresa” and “Master Banca e Finance” organised by Sole 24Ore.
